"The room was very nice and clean. This was our second stay, hopefully someday there will be a third. The food was very good. The only suggestion I have is that you ask your late arrivals to keep their voices down. Other guests are sleeping. I realize that it is out of the Queen Mary’s control how people behave. Noisy people woke us up and I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours, it’s hard to enjoy my stay when people are so inconsiderate. The history and pictures are amazing and interesting."

"Parking is something you need to plan for, but this place has everything else you need. If you've forgotten something, there's a Vons 3 minutes of a walk up the block. The bed is so comfortable, and the room is eco friendly, which I prefer."
