I checked in I reserved a handicapped room with 2 queens and 1 pull out. They gave us a room with no pull out 1 queen. We called downstairs just to be told they gave my room away and cant help me till tomorrow. Wow! My kid had to sleep on the floor. Sadly she was in a car accident and when she woke up she was in great pain and we did get her to a chiropractor which helped. The guy helping us get a new room kept looking at his phone. He told his co worker he did not want to miss his door dash order. But was rude to us and said the room and slid the card to me no smile just rude. Well it turned out they put us in a different tower. Minimal amenities. No slippers, or robes like people think. Run down rooms. The first desk lady said they could leave a picture signed by mickey in our room for my daughters birthday and she could call to get a birthday wish and nothing. The elevators took forever. There not to wheelchair accessible at some of the towers. Such a disappointment. They lost the magic in so many ways. We did not mke it to the pool. Sorry Walt how they ruined your thoughs, hopes and dreams.
