"Cleaning staff were SO polite. Check-in staff- not so much. Pros: Pool, hot tub, clean towels all days we stayed. Cons: Parking lot being sold to non-hotel guests for $48.50 limiting parking for hotel guests. We grabbed last spot on check-in day, stayed two nights and never moved. They ran out of spots. Greedy hotels always trying to make more money. Hotel was quite packed! Wish lobby had filtered water station. Most hotels have them. They have small convenience store attached, charging absurd rates for any items. Overall- pricey for what you get. Stay elsewhere for half costs!"

"Nice affordable hotel. Loved that it was a short walking distance from Disneyland. The free breakfast was a very nice touch. But, I wish the rooms and bathrooms were more updated and cleaner. The lighting in the room wasn’t that great either. But, the very nice staff, free breakfast and Disney being accessible made it worth it. Would stay there again."

"The room was very clean (as in my sister is a clean freak and used a black light and there were no spots anywhere). The breakfast was excellent and we walked to Disneyland which was an easy 10-15 minute walk which was completely doable. Staff was also very friendly. We didn’t get in the pool, but it seemed to be great. You could tell the exterior seemed slightly older, but that isn’t even necessarily a complaint. Would definitely stay again."

"The gentleman at the reception was so friendly!! Breakfast was delicious! And the staff made sure the breakfast was never empty! I stayed in the bi level loft and I would definitely stay again! A brief 15 minute walk to the Disneyland park or a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story lot! This hotel was a 10/10 "

"Room was clean, the pool area was beautiful and my kids loved the ping pong table and movies playing in the lobby! The walk to Disneyland was not far to us, which is a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great hotel convenient for Disneyland"

"The air conditioning did not work. No handles on the bathroom door or curtains making it difficult for my disabled grandmother to be in comfortable the room. I had to move rooms at midnight and there was no staff to help. Facility also has no wheelchairs. Hotel refused to take accountability and did not comp room or adjust price OR OFFER BONVOY POINTS, meal vouchers or anything."
