"The rooms were not clean at check in. You could tell the floor was not vacuumed. We stayed 4 nights and only had the room cleaned once. I'm not sure if they were under staffed. Also at check in, they did not honor our free upgrade if available. They informed us that an upgrade was only available with the additional charge. Overall disappointed. The breakfast was horrible. Food was cold. "

"Our first night staying at this hotel, smelled like Marijuana - the whole evening. Our daughter and family stayed across from and stated the same. Not the best 1st impression for our 3 year old grandson. Our television wasn't working - no signal- and we contacted the staff. The girl we asked at the front desk informed us there is only 2 local channels. When our daughter got there,.they figured out the channels. Over all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"The parking was terrible. I didn’t know there was a charge to park ahead of time that wouldn’t have been so bad except they stack the cars in there and move my car three times during my stay overnight. "

"Online it said free parking, but they were going to charge for parking. Housekeeping was only once every 3 days. Service was courteous but not knowledgeable about discounts and location. Distance from the parks was an easy 10 ish minute walk. Overall if you need an inexpensive place to stay it was ok, but not upscale in any way."
