No bottle water provided inside the room but each floor can be found the Coway water dispenser at outside the lift and there is a sharing chiller with room number small box to store your beverages and also snack counter at beside to grabs for free. Maybe ours room at ground floor . Not sure how about 1st floor . Room size ok , but ours bathroom without a window, a bit smelly, but other things all good . "Helpful happy staff. Great spot with heaps of charm in a central location. It's an older building but well updated and kept. Good aircon and wifi. Ask for a room away from Chulia st though, its really loud. "

"Location is very good, near to komtar. The new lane food street is jusr a street away with lots of famous street foods. Many food courts along the main streers too. Only that the towels used in the hotel is not absorbent. No toothbrush is supplied. "

"I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were quite nice and well designed. Walk able distance to a food court which just in front the hotel and nearby got mini marts. There are also few other restaurants. Not forgotten, also have a small coffee outlet at their lobby. "

"Hotel experience okay. No reception for the hotel, check in at the restaurant below the hotel. Hotel should provide clear direction mentioned where to check in. No wifi in room."

"Very good hotel with nice bathroom and bedroom Unfortunately the foot ferry from butterworth drops you about a 10 min walk up the road. Be careful of traffic You have to pay for tourist tax so I would advise you to get a receipt for this as I was nearly charged twice"
