Other issues are all ok except for first day of stay the room was not done when I returned from a trip outside the city. Was informed by the housekeeping that all rooms would be done by 1600hrs which is not favourable at all. You want to see your room tidy and the bathroom is already organised once you come back to rest.

I like the room of course but unfortunately the room was not made up as early like any other hotels that I had stayed before. I came back from another state to attend a wedding reception and disappointed when I reached around 1530hrs to see my room was not done yet.

Booked a Executive Studio room in Mar 2022. Check-in is seamless and the hotel is kind enough to extend my check-out time until 4pm because of wedding arrangements. Najwa Nordin personally bring us to the room after check-in as suite-type rooms accessibility is not as straight forward as hotel room. Generally, the best impression about the hotel is the staff and they have been professional, friendly, and helpful during our stay. Some of the rooms are renovated as AC Marriott just acquired the hotel. The downside is the basement car park as it was a little bit dark and the ramp to the basement car park is narrow.
