"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. "I stayed in the IHG hotel in Sanya, China many years ago. I had a great experience there. I booked IHG Kuala Lumpur hoping for the same. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hotel design was quite outdated. The room was wet with high humidity. The bedding felt wet, the paper felt soft and wet. The large bathroom had a small shower, the vanity was old and had stains and broken decor. The lighting was inadequate. I hope an interior overhaul is underway. "
