Understand as your property is under some refurbishment project. Nonetheless, guest experiences shouldn’t be neglected. Luggage was wrongly delivered to me (not belong to me) broken Iron and stain mark on the ironboard placed in the room. I have to call 2 times to get my call to be attended for the iron to be changed. When I advised the service crew to check the guest supply thoroughly, he just said we have 600 rooms, then you should know better. Surprise me…
Breakfast spread is good and the morning Apple Oats is great and delicious. But, service need to be improved. I have to round the restaurant more then 3 times before the service crew approached me and offer an assistance to get a table. Whereby this shld be tackle on welcoming and checking at Entrance. 3 staff there, but just greet and ask my room number for clarification if I am entitle for breakfast or not.
Room is huge and very comfort and ESG are complied. Bathroom is great and clean and the bath amenities is fresh and well arranged. I like the pillow as really lock my sleep well. I have a quality sleep. Well done.
