"This hotel was open less than a year ago therefore the condition of the common areas as well as the room were very clean. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it's huge, although there's a lot of wasted space that could have been optimized with the different layout. The hotel appeared to be at minimum capacity when we were there, yet they were unable to accomodate a late checkout on a Sunday, although we had booked one of their poolside cabanas for that day, which are not cheap.
