"Room had the smell of dog urine when you first walk in. The shower handle had to be turned extra hard and I found that out after coming in and it was constantly dripping. I didn't report anything to front desk at I had already traveled all day and was tired but overall the room was decent. Comfy bed. Breakfast wasn't All that great, the pancakes were extra dry and stiff... very friendly staff."

"The room was good was clean, they clean it every day which I appreciate it, the beds were comfortable, the only bad thing is that the hotel looks old and lack of maintainence, but in general for a couple of days just to sleep after spending all day long between amusements parks I can’t complain, and for the price don’t expect a Hilton, honestly for me was good, cheap, close to the universal parks and good to sleep, that’s it"

"Clean room, staff was very helpful and friendly. The young lady with short hair was very helpful I appreciated her kindness when I was tired and checking in.
Pool was closed unfortunately. Breakfast was decent. The hotel is clean and maintained.
It was good for my one night stay. Close to a lot of attractions as well."

"Nice resort to relax and enjoy family and friends. We stayed in a 2br Villa that had lots of room kitchen, living room and patio. We were able to walk to the Outdoor Outlet mall next door which was nice. In the evening the parking could be a little crowded but overall a great resort for a fair price and break from the crowds in the theme parks"

"I understand that there are policies in place. We were unable to travel because my wife had a medical issue, she suffers from a hiatal hernia. I had to cancel the reservation, and the hotel made no attempt whatsoever to help. I will no stay at Rosen Plaza Hotel again."
