"We’ve been coming to this hotel for years. It always great. Never had an issue and I will continue to come. I will say though if you sign up for their timeshare presentation, it’s a lie that’s it’s only 90 minutes and they will continue to try and push you into purchasing one even when you’ve made it clear you don’t want to. I lost about 5 hours of my day, left with a headache and was so annoyed and upset that day because of it."

"Everything was up to par except for the beds, I didn’t get a good rest at all. The beds literally gave me cold chills, the blankets are like paper. If you’re ok with that then by all means I would say stay, but that alone I would not return. "

"The only thing that i dont like they have you check in at 4pm and then the waterpark closed at 6pm i knw i stay for one day bcuz it was my birthday that day but still i when there with my kids the pool be open that's the only thing"
