"Run by a lovely couple who gave plenty of information on arrival. The place was clean and well looked after with a selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable especially the duvets."

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up.
The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim.
The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"Had a lovely stay in the holiday inn Bristol Filton. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was really nicely done. Very smart. Reception were really friendly and the staff in the restaurant in the evening were very friendly. The meal was also very good and freshly cooked. The internet was excellent and fast. The bed was really comfy and as two large single beds together, so extremely large. The bathroom was very clean as was the room. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"Great place to stay with children. Pool was so great and they had reserved slots so one time we used, we were the only family and the next time we used, maybe 4-6 other families but manageable.
Friendly staff. Room was clean. Corridors, elevators, lounge and pool/locker area were also clean.
Convenient to all city Centre activities, shops and restaurants.
Would stay again if we return to Bath. "
