"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"This was a great place to stay, small but lots of attention to detail and the staff were so accommodating. The room was quirky and well decorated. The selection of food was good and seemed to be excellent quality and beautifully cooked and presented. Would stay again!"

"Visiting my daughter at Uni. Ideally located for easy transport inyo the center of Bristol. Booked a double room here which I must say for the very reasonably price was excellent. Bedroom and bathroom were easily as good as any of the branded hotels. Had dinnef with my daughter here which was very good and again reasonably priced. Guiness was pretty good too probably the best zi e had in Bristol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. Parked on site with no issues. All in...

"Another good stay. Hotel beats premier inn/travel lodge for value, comfort and style. Have been lucky to be upgraded to double room on both occasions we've stayed a couple of nights. Will probably return as we have family in the area and this seems to be consistently nice and handy. Lots of shopping and eating places within 10-15 minutes, good access from motorway."
