"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.
Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. "

We live in Chepstow, near Tintern & love it here, although, Chepstow town centre could have more shops and the lack of minor injuries unit is a huge problem when you have a child / children. There should be recycling bins in the town centre.

Excellent
Took a trip into Chepstow and got a coffee it was lovely and quiet, found a really lovely Indian restaurant just up the road.
"Check in was very fsst and the staff on reception were exceptional. We went to our room and were very happy. We had one minor problem - water would not drain from the bathroom basin but after a call to reception, this was sorted out immediately. One other small issue was regarding cleanliness, there is a mirror on the wall which has a decorative leather strap. This strap had thick dust on the top half of it. Other than that, the room was very clean.
After a night out on the town we returned to a very cool room and had a very comfortable night's sleep.
Breakfast was good but not exceptional."
"I had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and spacious and thevpool was excellent and fairly quiet both times i went.Jacuzzi was very relaxing too"
