"Lovely stay, was nervous as some reviews were not good but surprisingly had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Our rooms were great and had everything we needed. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable good nights sleep had. We had a/c which worked well. Breakfast was included which was great value. "

"Stayed at the village for a night to attend a wedding reception. Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was small but had just what we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well in the room we slept well. We did use any of the facilities gym/pool. However break fast was good.would recommend if you need to stay over in Bristol. "

"Run by a lovely couple who gave plenty of information on arrival. The place was clean and well looked after with a selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable especially the duvets."

"Lovely stay - clean and comfortable room, a little tired but perfectly functional. Prices very reasonable for the setting, standard of service and breakfast. The staff at breakfast on Sunday 15th June were particularly great - very polite, helpful and smiley. We will stay again :) "

"A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "

"Our second stay at The Wellington. A lovely gastro pub with B&B. Pub is lovely with great food. Room was large and light and airy with very comfortable bed and lovely furnishings. Bathroom is beautiful with a great shower, lovely towels and Elemis toiletries, even conditioner and body lotion. Tea and coffee facilities and water provided. "Our lodge was amazing there was plenty of room for 4 adults and the lodge can accommodate 6 although only 4 people can sit at the dining table inside. The hot tub was ready for use when we arrived and self check in was easy. Amanda who came to check the hot tub was very friendly and helpful. Please note the lodge has underfloor heating so the wall heaters aren’t required and the hot water seems to be regulated from the thermostat in the kitchen.
