"Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and I had a lovely night's sleep.The breakfast was a good although it wasn't obvious anywhere what we would be getting until being seated. Great location and we would definitely consider going back."

Breakfast your standard English Breakfast buffet, limited options but good quality Only Parking a public parking, about 2-3 min walk away. "Liked that it was close to cabot and within walking distance to many things. Did not like the scaffolding, entrance of the hotel was facing busy street making it hard to park/drive, really loved the staff and service."

"A pleasant one night stay in Bristol to see the hot air balloon fiesta. Used Tesco club card partner through hotels.com so that softened the price. I wouldn’t have paid £170 to stay for a night, but ballon fiesta is a busy time so guess it’s supply and demand. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. "Brilliant service, including a shout out to Anastasia who checked us out and the gentleman that checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice, clean and modern with facilities available. Breakfast was offered as an add on as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering directions to the theatre and into the shopping centre. Parking was onsite and very accessible. Highly recommend!"
