"After wanting to stay here for a while I finally got the opportunity and went for the Bunk Room which was fun to do with a family. Rooms are really stylish and well designed while being functional. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room along with cowshed toiletries. Had dinner and breakfast in the diner which was delicious, great service from Ruby both times."

"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"Was just what I needed really"

"The room was okay if you just want a basic room, but other than that, this hotel should be avoided. Expedia listed the property as having "free parking," which is not true. It costs £6 for half a day (or possibly longer; I cannot say for sure since we only stayed for half a day). Furthermore, the breakfast was disgusting. I am not a fussy eater, but this was beyond anything edible. While the staff did their best to keep up with the constant wave of hungry customers, it was simply impossible for...

"Super impressed with this hotel! Wasn’t expecting much given its location but it’s been beautifully designed and feels like a mini resort with spa, bar and lovely restaurant with an outside area. The only downside was the charge to use the pool which was not pointed out until after booking."
