"I nearly didn’t go as I read so many bad reviews on trust pilot,so I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out as good as it did and was glad I went. The check in process was simple although the receptionist was there to help, parking was advertised ,via a pay machine inside the reception or in the car Car park on arrival I was offered a ground floor room or a different floor the choice was mine. The bedroom was very clean loads of towels, and toiletries etc, my free breakfast was good this morning if a tad busy, but was warned by staff it would be ,hot and cold food available good choices. All in all I would say a great stay, and the staff were lovely and friendly,ate in the evening in pub across the car park and I have to say it was the best beef roast I’d ever had.i would say that the shower door was the only blip of an otherwise great stay, it needs repairs,and looked grubby but that’s doable ,so all in all I would say well holiday inn express Filton ."

"The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the room was big and clean, and overall we had a great stay. Pros: great fitness room and lobby with games and tabels to sit and work from. Near by a mall, 15 mins walk from old city, 5 mins drive from the GwR station (Bristol Maple Meads). Cons: no safe in the room and no closet."

"Top notch ambiance. Lifts are old but very fast and never crowded. Cool soothing Jazz/triphop beats in public areas and bogs. Low accidental slashing risk as most edges and corners are rounded (key concern for blood thinner medication patron). Unusually thick toilet roll (Can you share where you source these?) . Black light testing on pillows raised STD concerns"
