"Great central location and short walk to the train station. Apartment was clean, everthing you could possibly need in the kitchen, great shower and comfy bed. Lots of independent shops nearby with the Baths and Abbey practically on the doorstep. What's not to love! Would definitely stay again if i come to Bath again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"Excellent from start to finish, check in was seamless and communication was great. The room was spotless, with everything you could need and more. Location was brilliant, less than a minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Not essential but the parking you can book is cheapest in Cheltenham."

"Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect...

"Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

"The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "Bedding had mold spots on , so had to go and buy our own bedding for our stay , accomadation had no key to lock door , internet which has been paid for was poor."

"Beautifully presented property, perfect for our stay with our son for his graduation. Short walk to the high street and short drive to the racecourse. As stated in another review, a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial as the people above had a baby/toddler, but it didn’t spoil our stay."
