"Great location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms. "

"Our stay was great the hotel was as described, clean, tidy and the staff were polite and well presented. The lift was tiny and you would struggle to get a wheelchair in but overall it was worth the money"

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is great as an affordable option in a great location. The underground station is a short walk away and we always felt safe in the area. The room was clean, albeit small. We had a basement room and it was pretty quiet. The breakfast is simple but was a good inclusion. It's not a full service hotel but the staff were helpful when needed. I think it is really good value for money considering the excellent location. And yes, the shower is tiny but the water pressure was good!"
"
I stayed at your hotel on September 10th, and although it was just for one night, the experience left a lasting impression.
It happened to coincide with the London Underground strike, and I was unsure how to reach my destination. I asked the porter, Aleksandor, for help. My English isn’t very fluent, but he was incredibly patient and kind—he clearly explained the directions and how to navigate the situation. He even helped me refill my water bottle, which I truly appreciated.
At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Karca, who was polite and friendly, making the arrival process smooth and pleasant.
I also loved the red water bottle provided in the room with “London” printed on it—it was both practical and a lovely keepsake. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location made it so easy to reach major attractions.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends visiting London for the first time.
Warm regards, Isabel"
