"We enjoyed 9 nights in the Rama Shinta suite - it is HUGE!!!! Lovely room. Immaculately clean. Lovely tranquil resort. Fabulous service particularly in the Palace Lounge where we enjoyed a great breakfast, occasional afternoon tea and lovely cocktails and canapés each evening. Amazing staff. The usual warm, friendly and professional service we’ve received everywhere in Bali. The local area was great place to be too. Nusa Dua is lush."

"ホスピタリティ溢れるホテル。 オールインクルーシブプランで２泊しました。スタッフはフレンドリーでホスピタリティにあふれ、何度も不足はないか、追加は要らないかと聞いてくれました。 オールインクルーシブプランは飲み物も食事のセレクションも多彩でした。また追加料金が必要なものもありましたが、全体的には無料（込み））が多かったです。 フロント棟とホテル棟が別でバギーで送迎してくれます。プールも多数あり、毎日ヨガやアクアビクス等のアクティビティがあります。 雨の中外出した際にたまたま入口を通りがかったスタッフがホテル棟までバギーで送ってあげようかと声をかけてくれたりし、おもてなしに大満足でした。 また行きたいです。"

"7年ぶり3度目の滞在でした。お部屋はリニューアルされ更に快適に、スタッフは相変わらずフレンドリーで最高の滞在でした。以前よりレストランの数が増えており、滞在期間中飽きることなく食事を楽しむことができました。お部屋は常に清潔で快適に滞在することができました。部屋のブレーカーが落ちたのか、コンセントが使用できなくなるトラブルがありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、スタッフの方が対応してくださり問題なく使用できるようになりました。このホテルは本当に素晴らしい点しかありませんが、何よりもスタッフのフレンドリーさが最大の魅力だと思います。特に以下3名は私たちの滞在をより素敵なものにしてくれました！ Restaurant SANTE　Darma、Teja Restaurant MALVA　Sutarja"
