"Our room was very nice. AC worked fine. The area is quiet. The beaches are nice but need to be cleaned several times a day as garbage (mostly soft plastic) is an issue, not just on this beach but throughout Indonesia. Merusaka can't address all the oceans, but they can keep the one in front of their resort clean. After every swim I came to shore with handfuls of plastic. At the least there should be recycling or garbage cans close to the beach so the swimmers can dispose of the garbage they pick...

"We had a lovely stay here - first time visitors to this hotel (usually staying next door). We thought the breakfast was better here than The W**tin - it was less crowded and better laid out. Love, love the crepes!! The room we stayed in was basic but clean - we only ever slept in there, so no need for any fancy extras. We had a pretty view over the garden with pond and ducks, which looked amazing at sunrise and sunset…. Food at the Tamerind restaurant was amazing and reasonable priced. Poolside...
