Great place to stay in Nusa Dua! Very affordable and close to the beach (walking distance)! Had to take points off for cleanliness (my room had bed bugs). Notified the staff and they quickly cleaned my room and resolved the issue! Would definitely stay here again in the future. The breakfast options were nice and varied from day to day. Loved the omelette station and staff!

Everything was great! A short 5 minute walk to the beach! Shuttle to shopping mall. Massage excellent. I had two. Nusa Dua has a small beach town vibe. Much prefer over other busy touristy places. I will be back!

It's a great safe place to stay. Could use upgrade bathroom. Our sink was clogged but it was fine after we took the drain cover off.

The property is a little tired but the pool area was wonderful. Dining room and poolside care was average. Breakfast limited to the main dining room, whereas dinner was by the poolside. Menu was very limited. The bathroom areas were not very well cleaned. However, the beautiful staff were very helpful and ready to assist.

The conditioner was leaking a lot. The shower kept dripping all night I couldn’t sleep and it wouldn’t close. Window had a little opening that i could not close so we had a lizard and mosquito problem the whole night. The door was sooo hard to open every time I almost broke my hand. Literally worst place I stayed in. On the other hand the staff were really nice and helped us take care of the lizards and conditioner leaking.
