I like the cleanliness and service. When we first reach , i was amazed how they kept the hotel room clean. It looked very stunning! I would definitely recommend this hotel to you as they also have great food. Services were amazing! One of the staff's name from the hotel restaurant BackStage, was Ramon, he was very kind to us and responsive. He went the extra mile and talked to us. Poor choice to relax - more lie a holiday club and poorly laid out campus - dangerous walkways when wet/ windy. And many paths not lit properly. Reception understaffed and overall disappointed

Were very dissapointed on a few things. 1) there was a LOUD wedding going on which we only recieved a late notice of. It was so loud we could not sleep or hear the tv. When we complained we recieved a voucher for a free dinner,which turned out to exclude a number of meals..very average. 2) the guest service item on the internet regarding account did not work. We wrre informed on checkout it never worked. Poor as we could not see our ongoing spending. 3) no information was to be found on the hotel either in hard form or the internet. Extremely poor as we had to "wing things" to discover anything.
