"The facility needed a bit of maintenance and touch-up here and there, but overall everything was great. It did look like the hotel was being renovated in areas so giving more stars for effort. The best part was the convenient location to all the shopping and attractions around the area."

"Loved this little property! Super adorable and was a peaceful space to stay. Great outdoor areas. It had little touches in the unit like coffee and bottled water. I would def stay again and recommend to others. Great location out of all the congestion of pigeon forge. "

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and mountains and was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Free breakfast is always a plus when on vacation and the hot food was good, the only thing i would have liked is if there would be a little variety of hot foods each day, not the same 3 items (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage patties) all week as it got a little boring but...

"This hotel is beautiful! Very clean. The rooftop bar had an amazing view! The food was great at the restaurant on the rooftop as well. Being that this is a brand new hotel, I think the restaurant could be run a little smoother but overall great! "
