"Parking was fine. The room was horrible. Great that we had a kitchen, but the beds, both the murphy bed and the sofa bed were SO uncomfortable. Both of them felt as if you were sleeping on direct springs. For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they...

"The property and staff were wonderful, it was so clean too! The firepits weren't working, it would've been so nice to have those though. I loved the outdoor hot tub, their pool is indoors, which I thought was a tad odd, instead of being outside. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay "

"Great view of Anakeesta, nice location. Room was nice and updated. The pull out couch was awful…get a room with 2 beds. Your back will thank me. Nice area outside for kids to play. Food on site was good. Kinda cheesy charging for parking with such an expensive room. "
