Fabulous hotel right on the waterfront , we had a river view which was amazing . Breakfast has lots of choice and will suit all tastes . Bedroom was huge , slight criticism was the lack of drawers . You have some hanging space but considering size of room no cabinets . Socket for hairdryer also too far away from mirror which made styling hair difficult. Light in bathroom and bedroom also not great , no bright lights . All in all a great hotel , definitely use again .

Room was not ready 1.5hours after we checked-in at 3pm. Love the sea view and NY fireworks view at night and the large room. Cleanliness needs to work on, a lot : Stained main door, minibar had yellow liquid in it, stained pillow with yellow marking, dust on ceiling on top of the bed. We expected more from Pullman at that pricing. First experience of this chain hotel, not a good first experience. Good thing we stayed over for one night only.
