"Having arrived at the hotel, we were excited as this was a very anticipated part of our vacation visiting the Smoky Mountains. Upon entering, we were subjected to a large number of people attending a Bible retreat. The entire hotel was taken over by a hundred teens that were extremely loud and very disruptive. We had to contact the front desk several times to have security to assist - it was after 11 o’clock each night that they were running around the hallways. Also, we were not aware of one...

"The Waterpark was nice, however if you are in the other building you have a lo g walk to the either the indoor or outdoor park. Would be nice for then to use one of the entrances outside so, you don't have to walk all the way around and than enter the building and enter back in the building exiting."

"What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. "Though it was booked for a convention parking and check in was confusing at first. The Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! The front desk lady sorry I forgot her name helped my husband find a spot right in the front entrance. Very informative of events, pools, Parks and restaurants ❤️. We will definitely stay AGAIN."
