"Country cascades again, didn’t disappoint. Always an enjoyable stay. Clean, nice staff, and tons of things for the kids to do.!"

"The bathroom had black and green mold on the ceiling. The shower drain was clogged with 14 inches of slimy hair that I pulled out, just so I could shower and not have my feet and ankles in standing water. The pool area look dirty, as well as the hallway leading down to the pool. I get there are renovations in progress. But installing strip lights in the hallways should not be the priority at this time. Health dept needs to visit. Mattress all have dips where they have been over used. Thankfully we didn’t find any bugs. We showed the clerk the pics and video at the front desk upon checking out. She acted somewhat concerned, but I feel it was just for my benefit."

"This hotel is very new, clean & contemporary. The lobby area was large with plenty of seating. There is a small area with snacks and a self-checkout, but it did not list several of the items available, so it was necessary to get assistance from the front desk to make a purchase. We chose this hotel for its convenient proximity to Dollywood. When we arrived, we learned that they sold tickets to Dollywood with a small discount versus the website, so that was nice. Since the hotel was new, we found several minor issues such as no stopper in the sink at all (dangerous) and the sliding bathroom door was off its track. The first time I closed this door, I could not open it and was trapped inside. Thankfully, my husband was in the room and he was able to force it open. Other than those two things, we enjoyed our stay at Cambria Pigeon Forge."

"The room was clean housekeeping did a great job . To charge $15 dollars per person for a breakfast that was totally disgusting ate sort of one morning and that was enough. To say the toiletries available are Dove products lol..it might say Dove on the bottles but that's not what's inside not that dove is a flex . Very tiny indoor pool that the pics online make it look different I could go on forever. I've stayed in Vegas, NY, fl, etc and never got charged $15 a day to park. It's pigeon forge TN people! I'll never book with Holiday inn Express anywhere again"
