"Only problem was we didn't stay here long enough! Only about 6 hours total due to having a different hotel booked months ahead of time but arrived in Pigeon Forge ahead of schedule and ended up at the Ramsey! Breakfast very good and front desk staff checking in and out was wonderful, no complaints. Wish we could've stayed here for remainder of trip but couldn't cancel other hotel....next time in Tennessee will definitely come back to the Ramsey!"

"I loved how they had an outside pool at each end of the hotel as well as an indoor pool. I aall so loved the balcony view which was quiet and relaxing! The breakfast was good too! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you"

"We had a great family vacation. The staff was friendly. The room had everything we needed. The pools were great. We were the most excited about the BUTTERFLY EXPERIENCE. Our family loves butterflies and that was a unique experience that made this resort different than anywhere we stayed. Thank you KJ for telling us more about butterflies. We did not get to play the 9 holes of putt putt, or use the grills or fire pits but they looked like they would have been fun. The movie on the lawn and kids activies were fun also. AND...Hillside winery right next door. Supernice folks there and the bottles art is gorgeous. "
