"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could.

"Just returned home from a long weekend in Gatlinburg. This was our first stay at Econo Lodge. Both my husband were very inpressed. Everyone at the front desk was fabulous!!! The rooms were clean, freshly painted, and updated bathroom. Bed slept wonderfully. Balcony allowed to sit outside and people watch. In the middle of town within walking distance to everything. Thank you for a great weekend!!"
