"This building needs to better maintained. There are stains on the ceiling, the shower didn’t work properly, the sofa bed pull out mattress had stains on it, I looked under the sink for something and there was a baby pacifier—not sure how long it has been there. Also, I am not sure if they provided new sheets or not for the pull out sofa-because they were just wadded up and thrown on the top shelf of the closet. The photos used in advertising are definitely stock. I am not a high maintenance...

"I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do"

"Hot breakfast was extremely limited only sausage and waffles. Pool was closed, laundry room was not available to use and 1 working ice maker for the whole 5 floor hotel. Really bad smell coming from outside trash can (smelled like it hadn’t been dumped in days). "We had a beautiful room. Very comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Our view from the balcony was the island at pigeon Forge. Great view of the city. Breakfast was good. Many options. Minutes from so many things to do and so many places to eat. Great stay! "
