"We had a deluxe mountain, 1 king bed, the Room was huge and very nice and clean. The property is very nice. We had a dinner at the Guys kitchen and bar. The server couldn't have been nicer. She was fantastic. The food was terrible. I cannot believe that guy even has his name on this place. There was no Flavortown going on that night. Also, the french fries were completely soggy and soft served in a tight container. He needs to reevaluate this place. The breakfast at the café was awesome. And the server was very funny and sweet"

"This was the worst accommodation that I have ever had, and that's saying a lot since my employment has been on the road for the last 38 years. First, the original room that I was given had paint peeling from the ceiling and water damage on the floor of the bathroom and the walls. When I asked for another room I was given what was promised to be "one of the best room in the entire hotel". It had new carpet but was otherwise just as bad as the first in different ways. There was no water damage in the bathroom but the bathtub backed up with ankle deep water upon showering, and the sink was inoperable - you could run water in it but it wouldn't drain. As we were getting ready to attend a wedding I asked that they get a maintenance person in while we were out. This was done, but cosmetically only. They put a new drain in the sink and and tub, but the sink still backed up and the tub drained only slowly. There were no additional amenities and we only got extra towles by running down the cleaning lady after they skipped our room. Will NEVER stay here again - Travellers BEWARE!!"

"Awful place. At least our room was. You had to go outside to turn around. Air didn't work that great, shower was a laugh. One electrical outlet in the whole room. Very deceptive ad and pictures on Internet. Pool is not operational which was very disappointing but never mentioned during booking. I think Two Rivers 500 ft down the road is probably much better"
