"Well laid out, clean room with good storage and in room facilities. Bathroom, a little small. Nice to have a comfortable armchair in the room. Two good pools one indoor, one outside. We were disappointed the outdoor pool was locked when it rained as this was our only opportunity to use the pool. I left with the feeling, I'd missed out on using the main factor that influenced our initial choice of this hotel."

"Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are well kept. The rooms could use a little updating like the tv and the phone didnt work. We requested a roll away bed and they brought it immediately. Service was great. Breakfast has a really nice assortment of eggs, sausage, oatmeal, grits, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, fruit, granola or brown sugar for the fresh yogurt or oatmeal. Pools were nice and the outside pools was 9ft deep. Slide was good. Hot tub was indoors and not super hot...

"Having arrived at the hotel, we were excited as this was a very anticipated part of our vacation visiting the Smoky Mountains. Upon entering, we were subjected to a large number of people attending a Bible retreat. The entire hotel was taken over by a hundred teens that were extremely loud and very disruptive. We had to contact the front desk several times to have security to assist - it was after 11 o’clock each night that they were running around the hallways. Also, we were not aware of one...

"The hotel was in a great location. The staff was nice and check in was easy. It had several door entrances to the parking lots that made it easy to park near your room. The pools were clean and a good size. It was great to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a lazy river although our kids mostly enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. They serve a hot continental breakfast along with mini muffins, yogurt, cereals, bananas, juice and coffee. It made it nice for a quick bite to start...

"Very peaceful with balcony overlooking stream with geese. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool was just right temperature wise. We did have to park across street. Not much parking under building."
