"The hotel is lovely. Very quirky which is charming. Staff were excellent and very helpful. There was problems with the televisions in the hotel during our stay which was unfortunate as we are keen football fans and wanted to watch the World Cup matches in the comfort of our room. "The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came.
