"Friendly helpful staff. Courtyard room very small and although there was an air cooler it was useless. We took our Dyson fan with us and hardly slept on the first night. Definitely need air conditioning in bedroom. Very nice breakfast with good menu. Inside The Orange Tree we found it very tired and needed a thorough clean eg windows, window ledge and ornaments adjacent to our breakfast table. "The property was very clean but very warm! Aircon would be beneficial especially with not being able to open doors/windows without risking midges joining you for the night!! Bed was very soft and bed sofa not overly comfortable but ideal place to stay for a few nights. Great being so dog friendly,having the restaurant on site (though quite pricey!) and the station being so close giving access to Oban and Stirling. Fabulous views over the loch too!"

"Really comfortable, quiet and clean bedroom, the bathroom was on the small side and not as nice as the rest of the room (still nice enough). The staff were friendly but seemed very busy so they just gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the outbuiling where our bedroom was located. If you have heavy luggage or struggle with stairs our room would not be for you as there were some very steep stairs."
