"Beautiful property"

"Bella la struttura esterna ma internamente molto confusa per organizzazione stanze e piani (rischio di perdersi assicurato), camere un po' antiquate nell'arredamento (bagno non all'altezza). Camere pulite. Staff della reception non particolarmente cortese e un po' superficiale (indicazioni non precise per la cena e i servizi ristorazione offerti dalla struttura). Lo staff del bar invece cortese ed accogliente. Colazione buona, ricca e varia."

"Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Typical Scottish fare, very good. Staff was friendly. Parking was £8 and easily accessible. Overall very nice place. Indian food offered in the hotel restaurant was outstanding and authentic. "

"Close to trains and tram"

"Not a 4 star standard of service or rooms. Not fully accessible to the road and buses etc. Staff extremely variable. Some friendly and efficient others disinterested and don’t deliver. For example empty handed staff walk down corridors littered with ice buckets plates etc and do nothing about it for hours.
