"This hotel has potential but misses the mark. Rooms are tired and in need of some updating. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived and paint was peeling around all the windowsills. Room smelled stale and a little bit like cigarettes. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive and came to my room immediately to clean the bathroom when I mentioned it was dirty. Every staff member from front desk to the restaurant were very helpful and lovely to converse with. We had both dinner and...

"It’s not that close to the airport even though it’s physically close to the airport. It’s a 25 pound cab ride even though it’s only about 4 miles. Property is old and fine but nothing special. It’s a bit tired."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'ensemble. La variété du petit déjeuner était appréciable. Seuls petit bémols : La fenêtre de la chambre était peu isolé et nous entendions fort l'extérieur même fenêtre fermé, les rideaux ont quelques trous et laissent passer pas mal de lumière. Et pour être franc nous avions penché pour l'hôtel grâce a la piscine, mais l'eau et l'air ambiant de la piscine sont assez froid, ce n'est pas très agréable malgré sauna et hammam très appréciables, le bain...

"So... all the staff at this hotel are wonderful, helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning is good, and we ate supper twice at the hotel restaurant and it was great. The actual hotel room however...not great. Standard room was incredibly small, with a small window, loose tap, leaking bathtub, thin duvet, odd sheets, and I had to plug the TV and lamps in? Location for airport is good, but a bit far out for popping into town. Nearby Morrison's and mall is helpful."
