"10/10 for everything. Great staff, extremely well maintained, beautifully decorated property in a fantastic area and plenty of onsite parking. Breakfast was also top notch and the bacon was particularly good. The room was a delight - well furnished and a very comfortable bed. The curtains were really lovely and blocked out the light really well. Will be back."

"Stopped at the hotel for a night. Great location and view. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Hotel is a little dated, but that is part of it's charm, though room could do with a little touch up.
Breakfast was a buffet, had variety but lacked quality for the cooked part."

"Spa was nice, room was exceptional in terms of the view, decor and comfort. receptionist very welcoming. Bar area no atmosphere at all. Only used for drinks can’t comment on the food. Staff nice enough.
Breakfast was lovely and exactly as ordered.
Unfortunately during our stay there was multiple fire alarms going off through night. This in itself was annoying as it disturbed our sleep and we only had one evening booked. Lack of sleep for our big day the following day was not what we had planned...

"Second time we have stayed at Bayswell Park while attending Scottish Open golf. Very helpful staff and good rooms which we think have been recently refurbished. Our room on first floor had magnificent views of the Forth. Our evening meal was excellent"

"Excellent location. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast choices. Being a sea swimmer, I loved the easy access to small beach. The weather helped but hotel was ideal."
