"The Good: the property was very clean and laid out very nice. You didn’t have to walk far for anything. The restaurants were good too. All of them were good quality with great service. There were plenty of activities for the whole family and plenty of pool space. There are shuttle services and excursions you can do directly through the resort to limit third party usage. "Water park is separate but there was always courtesy vans waiting to move you around. Pool outside our balcony was very cool to relax. Waiter at Pizzas restaurant was amazing and waiter at Bikini bottoms (Gustavo) I believe that was he’s name was excellent. Food at all the restaurants was delicious. Grandson(5yrs) had a blast at water park and pool. Highly recommend if You got lil ones."

"As what I consider a value resort in Cancun, all of my expectations were met. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the food was average but they do their best to try to make it upscale and the drinks were average. One thing I did not like was that they had zero options, other than water, for drinks not containing fake sugar. All I wanted was a real Mexican Coke made with real sugar and there were none to be found."

"The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay."
