Also the room itself was quite run down and not fully equipped with amenities like a blow dryer or ironing board. The most significant issue for us was a lack of towels in the room. "La habitación estaba bien, nos tocó en el área que están remodelando y estaba muy limpia y cómoda, el lugar es un hotel viejo que ahora están en remodelación de muchas de sus áreas verdes y habitaciones. Todo estuvo agradable solamente la atención de recepción el primer día fue tardado por qué no encontraba la reservación, incluso nos dijo que si acabábamos de hacerla por qué él ya había entregado todas las reservaciones que tenía para la fecha… había mucha gente queriendo ingresar al day pass...

"It was an okay place to stay for a few nights. Most people working here are really nice and helpful. Beds were quite hard and the bedding is not especially comfortable. We moved rooms because they were doing renovations including the roof and pool and it was loud. I would recommend a garden view because it is pretty, and more quiet than the pool and road facing rooms. Food was fine if you’re not picky. "Very good stay, excellent cleanliness and maintenance. The lobby staff were quite serious and lacked warmth in their service, the restaurant staff were the same, with the exception of Lucina and Rosy. The cleaning and transportation staff were always kind and cheerful. Despite that, we will definitely return."
