"The service is great, the property is incredible. The trams are not an issues and the pools are great too. BUT, the food is absolutely terrible. You’re paying 5 star resort prices for 2 star resort costs. Our first meal was at taco break. The tortillas chips were stale and inedible. My kids tried to eat them because they were so hungry but when I asked for new ones they said they couldn’t make any.
I also went to breakfast at samba and cafe de lago, both again just not good. Mexican food is...

"No vale lo que cuesta!!! Pésimo servicio de los que trabajan ahí, casi no hay meseros, hay muy poquitos camastros, la comida del buffet muy mala y siempre la misma. Los restaurantes de cena están ricos pero solo hay 3 y es para la noche, la comida y desayuno es lo mismo y malo.
Tienes que hacer fila en el sol para poder reservar las cenas a fuerzas, así como para ir por ceviches cuando ponen. Pésima organización de servicios, también te cobran muchas cosas aparte, el jacuzzi te cuesta 6mil...
