"We had a really wonderful time , the food was great and lots of different restaurants to choose from . Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like they wanted to anything to make our stay special. The entertainment was also exceptional and varied , lots of talent every night. The only downside was that there were areas inside of the resort that were pretty warm . "Customer facing staff (servers, concierge) were outstanding. Kudos to Leonardo, Ulyses, Omar, Alex and Alfredo.
Back office staff (room staff, admin) not quite so good. We only got nightly turn down service about 50% of the time and our welcome letter was addressed to someone else.
Emilianos restaurant was disappointing. The main room was closed and we were shunted into a spare room, square with white walls, little decoration and no entertainment - the atmosphere was terrible. We dined on...

"La propiedad es muy bonita, el jardín cuidado, las habitaciones y baños cómodos y limpios. Además de atención personalizada.
El único "pero" es que no dan desayunos y no hay nada cerca para ir a pie a comer o cenar."
