"It is a very beautiful resort, unfortunately they seemed to miss the mark on bathroom placement around the resort, most bathrooms you needed to either go up some stairs or down some stairs to get to them, the bathroom below the snack bar has three stalls in the ladies but one was out of order the entire time. The lobby bar is also down some stairs outside ( not anywhere near the lobby) very odd, the adult section pool would have been better if they actually had the bar open there, ( it has not...

Simplemente no hubo forma....

"Clean room Staffs kindly"

"Great location!!"

"The staff was all very friendly and helpful"

"The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean and well maintained."

"The staff are what makes Valentin so special! Yes, the rooms and the grounds are beautiful and the food is outstanding, but the staff are the shining stars! At Mar Tierra there’s the manager, Sam, who is amazing! The waitstaff including Albino, Abraham, Isidro, Gabino, Felipe, and Miguel are the BEST!!!! They are the reason we keep returning! This was our 13th visit to Valentin!"

"Rating: 1/5 – Very Disappointing Beach Experience The hotel itself was clean and decent, and I had no major complaints about the hotel facilities. However, the beach and ocean were extremely disappointing. The beach was in terrible condition, and the water was very unpleasant, with a strong bad smell and a reddish appearance. It was not the beautiful, clear Caribbean water I expected, and swimming was not enjoyable at all. For a beach resort, the beach and ocean are a huge part of the overall...

"Shuttle service hard to schedule. No answer . No early check in . Tours offered in hotel are expensive and are crap. Got better deal outside hotel."

"I didn’t like to be forced to listen about a time share when we first arrived, just wanted to get To theroom and relax. TV worked sometimes and wasn’t able to use the phone…."

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...
