The pools were fun with two swim up bars. The kids liked the slides. When we went to the beach it was very weedy and not ideal for swimming. But after a bit of rain the beach seems to be better with less seaweed. The grounds and restaurants were clean and food was good. "

"We just got back from a 5 day stay at Secrets Impressions. This place is really impressive with all of the quality pools and flora for whatever setting you want. Music at the main pool & bar, quiet settings if you want that, a lagoon pool that makes you feel like you're in a secluded cove of the islands. Great food at all restaurants! We would go back and wish we booked for longer. Thx Secrets!"

Our favorite restaurant was the Italian The only little thing that could be improved would be the check in. It took way too long and after a full day of travelling all you want to do is get to your room and start to relax. The idea of a pre check in was wonderful but was not used at all in the end. "The staff throughout the property was very classy. Always a hello with a smile. And quick Answers or directions when asked. The buffet food and servers were actually just a bit better than the ala cart restaurants and that is not an easy thing to say. Altho we did have a couple great servers in the à la cart restaurants the food was really lacking except for Oishii’s. "

"When I first arrived I was given the wrong room then they gave me another room to wait for my room and they said they were going call me in1 hour which they never did so 2 hours after I called the lobby where No one answered. The next day I Paid EXTRA to upgrade my room and I was sent to the 5th floor where the elevator was off service my intire stayed plus there was no water in the shower. "Overall, the experience was good. However, I was not impressed with the room—it did not match the pictures and could definitely use some remodeling and maintenance. The room had a noticeable old smell, which might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to odors. There was also quite a bit of noise coming through the door from housekeeping and people walking in the hallway.
