Location is awesome, connected to Terminal 1 by an elevated walk way level 2 near door 4, took under 5 minutes to walk there from the baggage claim area. Room was very clean & comfortable, staff were all very friendly & helpful

This the second time that happens this year. I paid for a premium room and get a crappy one. Floors were dusty, towels really old, bathroom needs a good redo. What happened?? It’s used to be a great facility, now is only convenient. Las time we stayed the pillow cases smell bad. They didn’t change it.
