"A mi salida no dejaron pasar mi transporte tuve que salir con mis maletas a la carretera. Motivo que porque no presento la hoja impresa el transportista ,siendo que pasaron por mi varias ocasiones. Hasta hoy 12;30 pm el guardia de seguridad se porto déspota y el personal del hotel al salir insultando a mi persona y esposa."

"My wife and I travel as a hobby... and we travel in luxury. The Rosewood Mayakoba is the most luxurious experience we have had. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!"

"Had a really nice stay overall. The hotel is clean, well kept, and just a nice place to be. The staff were the best part — super attentive and helpful, which made a big difference. The food was also better than I expected, especially for an all-inclusive that wasn't super expensive. The one real downside was the beach. It was completely covered in seaweed so you couldn't really use it, and sometimes you could smell it in the outdoor areas of the hotel. The drinks weren't great either, but...
