"Great efficient place. Clean, great conditions, lots of pools. Rooftop pool s terrific although the pools are very shallow here. Front desk staff were super wonderful and helpful. Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great. "

The property is VERY well-located in Roma Norte: It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, and stop to Chapultepec Park—also a very easy walk. "Grounds beautiful but pools were cold. Staff very friendly. Good location. The only thing was the room was very dark and had no balcony. It was on the ground with only a window , not even a sliding door. It felt very clastiphobic . The so called kitchen was a coffee maker and microwave on a microwave cabinet. When I asked to be moved they said no other rooms available. Which I found hard to believe since it wasn’t very busy. So if you are thinking of this place call to be sure what you are...

"Impeccably designed and appointed for guests. We especially loved the amenities on site and easy garage parking. Our host was always attentive and the view is unbelievable. Very private, a bit off the beach, road has potholes!"
