"This place is just too big for what we are looking for. The food was ok, nothing to write about. The credits they give you is a scam. Since you can use it only for certain things and dollar amounts. The Sunrise has a better pool area then the grand. Also getting around is very confusing."

"Excellent as usual! The only recommendations to consider in the future. 1. Cold foods in buffet need to be colder. Hot foods need to be hotter. 2. It's starting to show it age so perhaps needs a planned update and refresh the gorgeous white exterior and windows. *Krystal by far is our favorite restaurant on the property. *We loved having transportation to the White Party. 🎉❤️ *The Isle Mujeres catamaran excursion which is sold on the property was amazing (best full day value, too).
