Happy staff always w a great attitude! Food was great! All restaurants were delicious. All amenities were great. Staff way friendlier than Secrets Akumal for sure! I highly recommend this hotel. It may have been due to the heat, but regardless, customer service should remain a priority. Guests should still feel welcomed and treated well. The resort is definitely family-friendly. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves. The pools were clean, and the bartenders did an excellent job...

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."
