"My stay a this hotel was overall ok, Nothing special really. My two kids and I made the best of it, on are stay here at the Hilton hotel. One thing that disappointed me a lot was that they didn’t inform me about the closing of the steak house restaurant. Also the receptionist weren’t helpful at all."

"This is definitely a budget hotel. The property was in the process of remodeling, as multiple buildings were off limits - and it desperately needs it. Everything in the room was painted over - even the lamp. Only one elevator in building 3 was working, the other was stuck on floor 8 the entire time. The staff was very helpful, esp around the pool area. Happy hour is nice, with 2 drinks for the price of 1 - and they bring them both at the same time. Breakfast buffet was just ok, we started going...

"Had a great stay here during my vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool area is nice. There are some stores close by that you can walk to, and the beach isn't very far either. It is a bit far from the malecon and other attractions, but it is easy to get an uber anywhere. The only thing i disliked was that the room doors slam shut so loudly. Every time someone closes their room doors you will hear it and it can be annoying when you're trying to get some rest."
