"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

Swimming pool closes very early - Concierge are off work at 7pm, so if you need any help from the front desk they, and I quote, “can’t have the responsibility to help to book a restaurant and recommend you wait till the next day” I don’t like their front desk support, maybe for bad luck with some problematic staff, but if you are Japanese, go for it. "I did not like getting charged 3000 yen extra for 24h gym access in a 5 star hotel. I only booked this hotel bcs of the gym and was a bit underwhelmed when I found out there’s an extra fee. The service was exceptional. The ladies at the reception were very nice and welcoming ! "

"Beautiful room with a pleasant view. They do a great job of making a smaller space work. For example - the mini bar was above the ground which was kind of fun! While the yukata was delightful, I think we would’ve benefitted from actually pajamas like all of the other hotels we stayed at. The automated black out shades were a treat.
