"Staff was really helpful multiple times throughout my trip even though I only stayed one night. They helped me with providing a charger that I couldn’t find in my own luggage and also allowed me to store my luggage there after I checked out for a couple hours before I could check into my next hotel. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The air conditioner worked really great, which was a necessity with it being so hot right now in Tokyo. I’ll surely stay here again!"
