"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. My only complaint - the smoking room in the lobby needs better ventilation. The lobby has a very strong smoke smell. "
